There are four types of users at the District Level:
• Data Entry The users under this role can access data input forms related to district to which they belong to. They can input data and modify it until the data is approved by the data approval role. If the data is approved, then data entry role cannot make changes in the data.
• Data Approver The users under this role need to approve the data entered by the data entry role. These users can approve the data at the district level only. The approver can approve the data or reject it by giving his remarks. If the data is approved then data will be treated as final and would be used for reports and other processes, otherwise, the form goes back to data entry role indicating the status as “Rejected”.
Note : The data once approved by the Data Approver Role cannot be modified.
• View Reports The users under this role can only view reports. However, these users can view reports of other districts / states / ministry level.
• User Manager User Manager at District Level can create, modify and delete all types of users related to his / her district only.
